Cameron was born and raised in Kenora, Ontario. After completing his Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Accounting) Degree at York University, he began his accounting career in 2005 with a mid-sized Chartered Professional Accounting firm in Toronto, Ontario. Cameron successfully challenged the CICA Uniform Final Examination in 2006 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2008. After making the decision to move back closer to home, Cameron joined Booke & Partners in 2010 as a manager of accounting and audit services and was admitted to the partnership on January 1, 2017.
Cameron has developed a wide range of experience in accounting, taxation, and business advisory services. This experience was developed in a wide variety of business sectors including, but not limited to, manufacturing, retail, construction, professional services, and real estate.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys spending quality time with his wife, April, and their two children at the cottage in the summer and on the backyard rink in the winter. Cameron also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering as a youth hockey coach.
