Kelly joined Booke & Partners in 1995 and obtained his C.A. designation in 1997 after completing his articling experience. Kelly was promoted to partner in January 2005. During his time with the firm, Kelly has worked with a wide variety of clientele in the manufacturing and service industries as well as with many not-for-profit organizations. Kelly has developed a special interest in servicing the local film and television industry through audit and tax consulting engagements.

​Kelly has previously served on the Board of Directors for numerous not-for-profit and community organizations. Kelly also enjoys spending quality time with his children. On the odd occasion, he can be found hitting the links for a round of golf.
